Once you place an order there is a limited period of time before your order is fully processed that you will be able to cancel your order. 

We want you to be entirely satisfied with your PARK HILL purchase. If you are not, we will gladly accept the return of items within 30 days of purchase that are unworn, unwashed and unaltered with the original tags attached and accompanied by the original invoice.

If you wish to return your purchase, please email info@parkhillclothing.com, with the subject line “return request _ your name _order number”. Return requests must be emailed within 30 days upon receipt of your purchase. In your email please specify the reason behind your return, as well as the merchandise style number and description of the item(s) you wish to return. 

Once your request has been emailed and the return is approved, we will provide you with next steps.

Pending order verification and credit approval, all orders placed by 12PM PDT / 3PM EST with Economy will ship within 24 hours. Orders placed with an expedited shipping method will ship same day.During checkout, you’ll see an estimated delivery date based on the shipping option you’ve selected. We do not deliver on Sundays or holidays. 

Applicable sales tax will be included on all orders based on shipping address. Sales tax amount is estimated until order has shipped and shipping confirmation has been sent.

Yes, we do ship to Canada and internationally. Please note, there may be additional shipping fees.

All domestic packages are shipped via USPS. All international packages are shipped via DHL. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the name of the carrier and any tracking information.

We process orders for shipping Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. All orders received on weekdays after 12pm EST / 3PM PDT, on weekends or holidays will begin processing the following business day.  All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12pm EST / 3PM PDT will begin processing the same business day. 

When your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

We want you to be satisfied with your PARK HILL purchases. If that’s not the case, we will gladly accept merchandise within 30 days of purchase provided it:

Is in new condition
Hasn't been washed, worn, or altered
Is accompanied by the original invoice

We are not able to process exchanges. If you need a new size or color, please contact us to return your first purchase and then place your new order online.
